What You’ll Do​​
  • Shape product features that enhance user engagement and market fit

  • Define and evolve the brand identity, messaging and voice

  • Design and execute a comprehensive GTM plan for launch

  • Develop and execute a growth strategy to drive awareness, acquisition and retention of customers

  • Establish product driven partnerships

  • Implement distribution strategies across digital and physical retail 

  • Analyze customer data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement

 

What We Are Looking For
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous early-stage environment

  • 2+ yrs of experience in building and marketing consumer products

  • Proven track record of launching consumer products to market, with success in retail, e-commerce or D2C channels

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions

  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior, particularly in the children’s educational market

  • Familiarity with child safety regulations (e.g., COPPA, GDPR-K)

  • Passion for building safe, magical AI experiences for children and families
