What You’ll Do​​

Shape product features that enhance user engagement and market fit

Define and evolve the brand identity, messaging and voice

Design and execute a comprehensive GTM plan for launch

Develop and execute a growth strategy to drive awareness, acquisition and retention of customers

Establish product driven partnerships
-
Implement distribution strategies across digital and physical retail
-
Analyze customer data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
What We Are Looking For
-
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous early-stage environment
-
2+ yrs of experience in building and marketing consumer products
-
Proven track record of launching consumer products to market, with success in retail, e-commerce or D2C channels
-
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions
-
Deep understanding of consumer behavior, particularly in the children’s educational market
-
Familiarity with child safety regulations (e.g., COPPA, GDPR-K)
-
Passion for building safe, magical AI experiences for children and families
